International conference in Ulaanbaator

First announcement

We wish organize International conference in Ulaanbaator from 30-th July to 4th August. 2-3 day working time and in end of conference will be organize 2-3 days some travel to Govi or historical places of Mongolia.
The International conference in Mathematics will be organized by the Institute of Mathematics and School of Mathematics and Computer Science of the National University of Mongolia. In starting year of the new century Mongolian mathematicians wish to organize international conference in the following branches of mathematics:

1).Theory of Rings and Modules
2). Functional Analysis
3). Numerical Analysis
4). Probability theory and Math. statistics

The general aim of this conference is to establish international contact between Mongolian mathematicians and mathematicians from other countries in new millennium, to give impulse to develop their cooperation. There will be 4 subsections, according to the above mentioned fields of studies.

Second announcement

             International conference on Mathematics will be held in the main building at the National University of Mongolia.

            The International Scientific committee consists of

Prof.Dr. A.V. Mikhalev (Russia), Prof.Dr. A. Mekei (Mongolia), Prof. Dr. R.Wisbauer (Germany), Prof.Dr Ts. Bayasgalan (Mongolia), Prof.Dr. I.V. Puzynin (Russia),  Prof.Dr. T. Janlav (Mongolia), Prof.Dr. S. Togmid (Mongolia).

The main local organizers are A.Mekei, T.Janlav, Ts.Bayasgalan. Programme of conference  will be send to you in third announcement in June.             By fax we will send official invitation and letter to the embassy of Mongolia for your visa.

Registration fee. In first announcement  it was mentioned that the registration fee for participants 100$ and for accompanying members 75 $. The registration fee will be reduced for those paying before 15 June, 2001 to 90$ and 70$ corresponding participants and accompanying members. Also, if you wish to participate in a special tour to the old capital  city of Mongolia Harhorum the expenses will be reduced to 35$.

Instructions  for submission of abstracts and articles.            Abstracts should be printed or typed and be of good quality, not exceeding one half page. The typing area is 6.5 inches x 9 inches (16.5 cm x 22.8 cm). In case of more than 2 authors, please indicate the speaker.

Theorems, Lemmas, corollaries should be typed using italics or underlined letters. A reference list may be included at the end of the text. Articles should be written Latex, Latex 2e or AmsTex in English or Russian. In case of Russian text, please write on Latex.

Abstracts and articles, please, send us by Floppy disk- IBM. PC or send by fax. In each cases, however, we need also original of the abstracts and articles. The deadline for receiving abstracts and articles is 10.06.2001
